In a society where advertising campaigns have changed drastically to fit the consumer, she explains that companies are using newer marketing strategies such as social media to stay visible. She stresses the importance of “360 marketing” which includes growing a company’s product appeal through every media outlet and every type of advertising. She also weighs in on Occupy Wall Street and how the recession has affected ad spending and how it all ties back into the power of public relations.
